📦 Order Production Time

All Dessertly brownies are handcrafted fresh to order. We do not pre-make or freeze our products. After your order is confirmed and payment is received:

• Production begins immediately after order confirmation
• Production time is up to 24 hours from confirmation
• Your brownies are only baked once your order is confirmed — never before

🚀 Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is produced and handed to our delivery partner, delivery is completed within the following timeframes:

• Colombo and suburbs: Same day or next day delivery
• Island-wide (all other areas): 24 to 48 hours from dispatch
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 24 to 48 hours

💰 Delivery Charge

• Flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 per order
• Delivery charge applies to all locations island-wide
• Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the error was on our part

📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all areas across Sri Lanka including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, Trincomalee, Matara, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, and all other cities and towns. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering.

📱 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the dispatch and provide an estimated delivery time. You can always reach us directly at 0722 002 375 for order updates.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or peak periods
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners beyond our control
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when ordering
• If no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery
